2. Adult Sexual and NSFW Content
You may not use the Services to create, request, upload, share, promote, or distribute:
•Pornographic or sexually explicit content•Nude, semi-nude, fetish, sexually suggestive, arousal-focused, or undressing content•Sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, or any content involving minors•Explicit deepfakes or explicit sexual content involving real people3. Other Prohibited Content
You may not use the Services for:
•Illegal, fraudulent, infringing, harassing, hateful, violent, or exploitative content•Impersonation, defamation, scams, or deceptive identity-based content•Attempts to bypass safety filters, moderation systems, or account limits•Uploading or using content without the necessary rights, permissions, or consents•Creating, cloning, publishing, selling, or distributing voices that imitate public figures, political figures, celebrities, private individuals, or copyrighted characters without documented authorization•Misleading listeners into believing generated audio is authentic, endorsed, official, or spoken by a real person when it is synthetic or unauthorized•Political persuasion, election manipulation, financial fraud, customer support impersonation, identity verification bypass, or any other deceptive use of generated voices4. Enforcement
We may screen prompts, inputs, uploads, and account activity to enforce this policy. If we believe content or behavior violates this policy, we may block generation, remove content, suspend or terminate access, and cooperate with service providers or legal authorities where required.
